All kinds of suggestions and complaints of our customers, received from telephone, mail and fax by the Customer Services Department and/or by account executives, are monitored and improvements executed. The present and future needs of our clients, their expectations, their perceptions about our current and future services, are learned thanks to market research and customer satisfaction surveys. Data collected from regular surveys and obtained from the daily dialogues are used to fix and increase their satisfaction level.
